China’s property sector ailing, but BofA sees some silver linings

Helen Qiao, Chief Greater China Economist at BofA Global Research, discusses the challenges in China’s property sector. She says though it has been a drag on the mainland economy, she sees some signs of strength such as rental yields picking up in Tier-1 cities. However, she notes it’s still likely to be a long recovery process.
