2. What Happens After You Submit a DMCA Notice

Once we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Review the claim
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the user or contributor who posted the content
  • Provide information about how they may submit a counter-notification if they believe the claim is mistaken or unauthorized

We may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.

3. Submitting a DMCA Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. Identification of the removed content and its original URL.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

US Prime Update may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the website if they repeatedly upload or submit infringing content.

5. Good Faith Warning

Submitting false claims may result in legal penalties.
Only submit a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice if:
